PACKAGING & HANDLING
Every product is quality checked, carefully bubble wrapped then placed into a sturdy recycle box to ensure it arrives safely.
We charge Australia Post standard envelope, satchel and parcel post rates. Delivery can take between 1-5 days, regional areas longer (NT has additional delivery charges). At our discretion (and cost) we may upgrade shipping to provide our customers with a complimentary overnight/next business day delivery with full tracking.
Our courier, TOLL PRIORITY, cannot deliver to PO BOX addresses. It is therefore VERY important you choose a delivery address whereby someone is available to accept your delivery. If no one can accept delivery your order it will be returned to the nearest TOLL depot for you to arrange collection or redelivery at your own cost.
All orders are processed within 48 hours of payment being received.
If a product is faulty, we will, at our discretion: (1) replace it immediately, (2) offer you a credit, or (3) offer you a full refund. We will not be held responsible for damage caused to products whilst in transit as it is out of our control. If this causes you concern, we encourage you to add insurance to the cost of your shipping.
EFFECTS OF TEMPERATURE
Our Container Candles, Tea Lights & Melts are made with an all natural 'kosher' soy wax. When subjected to significant changes in temperature (such as during shipping), these products can be prone to a frosting and/or wet spots. Frosting is small whitish crystals which appears on the top and sides of the candle due to the wax crystallising. A wet spot is when the wax contracts, due to the cold, and a small amount of air is trapped between the glass wall and wax. Neither of these physical attributes affect the performance of the products in any way and they should not be considered as a fault in any way.
