PACKAGING & HANDLING

Every product is quality checked, carefully bubble wrapped then placed into a sturdy recycle box to ensure it arrives safely.

SHIPPING COSTS

Chandelle charges Australia Post standard envelope, satchel and parcel post rates. Delivery can take between 1-5 days, regional areas longer (NT has additional delivery charges). At their discretion (and cost) Chandelle usually upgrades shipping to provide customers with a complimentary overnight/next business day delivery with full tracking.

Chandelle's chosen courier,TOLL PRIORITY, cannot deliver to PO BOX addresses. It is therefore VERY important you choose a delivery address where someone is available to accept your delivery.  If no one can accept delivery your order it will be returned to the nearest TOLL depot for you to arrange collection or re-delivery at your own cost.

If you require travel insurance for items being shipped, please contact Chandelle to arrange on your behalf.

If your order exceeds 5 kilos in total weight you will be charged for shipping separately once Chandelle have confirmed the best shipping price (you will be called to finalise shipping and payment).

If you live outside of Australia, please email Chandelle to shipping costs – please provide address including zip code. Email: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

All orders are processed within 48 hours of payment being received.

FAULTS

If a product is faulty, Chandelle will, at our discretion: (1) replace it immediately, (2) offer you a credit, or (3) offer you a full refund. Chandelle will not be held responsible for damage caused to products whilst in transit. If this causes you concern, please consider adding insurance to the cost of your shipping.

EFFECTS OF TEMPERATURE

Chandelle's Container Candles, Tea Lights & Melts are made with an all natural 'kosher' soy wax.

When subjected to significant changes in temperature (such as during shipping), these products can be prone to a little frosting and/or wet spots.

Frosting is small whitish crystals which appear on the top and sides of the candle due to the wax crystallising.  A wet spot is when the wax contracts due to the cold, and a small amount of air is trapped between the glass wall and wax.

Neither of these physical attributes affect the performance of the products in any way and are not considered a fault in any way.
